dstelecom has announced that, by the end of the fri st quarter of 2026, approximately 8,800 families in the municipalities of Albufeira and Silves will have access to telecommunications services with higher speed. This expansion represents a particularly important step for the two municipalities, allowing thousands of residents to benefit, for the first time, from high-speed internet, essential for the daily lives of families and for local competitiveness. In Albufeira, coverage begins in the parish of Paderne, where approximately 2,000 families will finally have access to the dstelecom network. In Silves, fibre will reach the parishes of São Bartolomeu de Messines, São Marcos da Serra, and União das Freguesias de Algoz e Tunes, bringing connectivity to approximately 6,800 families. “We want to bring connectivity to those who dont yet have it.
