Este retail park, em Portimão, foi concebido como um destino comercial funcional, acessível e alinhado com os desafios do território algarvio. Implantado num terreno com oito hectares, o conjunto disponibiliza cerca de 23.000 metros quadrados (m2) de área bruta locável, integrando lojas de média e grande dimensão, bem como uma oferta complementar de restauração e lazer. A organização do espaço privilegia a fluidez dos percursos, a facilidade de acesso e a criação de áreas exteriores qualificadas, incluindo estacionamento gratuito, zonas verdes e equipamentos de apoio. A proposta arquitectónica inspira-se na arquitectura popular algarvia, com fachadas brancas, volumes simples e galerias sombreadas, promovendo conforto térmico e uma forte integração paisagística. A sustentabilidade assume um papel estruturante, com a incorporação de soluções como reaproveitamento de águas pluviais, painéis fotovoltaicos, controlo eficiente da iluminação e utilização de espécies autóctones. o conjunto afirma-se, assim, como um exemplo de regeneração urbana e de comércio de proximidade pensado para o longo prazo. This retail park in Portimão has been developed, designed as a functional and accessible shopping destination aligned with the challenges of the Algarve territory. Positioned on an eight-hectare plot of land, the ensemble has around 23,000 square metres (m2) of gross lettable area, integrating medium and large-size shops, as well asa complementary offer of catering and leisure. The organisation of the space prioritises the fluidity of the walkways, ease of access, and the creation of landscaped outside areas, including free parking, green zones and auxilliary equipment. The architectonic design is inspired by popular Algarve architecture with white façades, simple spaces and shaded galleries, promoting thermal comfort and a strong landscape integration. Sustainability takes on a structural role with the incorporation of solutions such as the use of rainwater, photovoltaic panels, efficient lighting control, and the use of evergreen species. The ensemble is therefore an example of urban regeneration and local commerce conceived for the long term.
