Portugal successfully launched six satellites into space on Monday, March 30, aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, in a key milestone for the New Space Portugal Agenda. Two of the satellites (from the Portuguese Air Force and CEiiA) will reinforce the Atlantic Constellation, ensuring continuous and reliable monitoring, and the remaining four will support the Lusíada Constellation, which aims to strengthen maritime navigation communications.
